Delivery

Fast and efficient delivery is one our greatest values in customer service. You can rest assured should your order be pleased with Kythese Adair before 12pm on any given business day, your goods will be delivered to you the very next business day - provided you be located within the Australia Post Express Post Delivery Areas.  If you are not within these areas (yet still within Australia) you may receive your delivery up to 3 – 5 days later.  However, we will get it there the fastest way possible.

Returns Policy

We are sure you will be delighted with your purchase, however if you are not entirely satisfied, provided the goods are returned unused in the original condition within 14 days we will give you an exchange or refund. When returning goods, please obtain proof of postage as Kythese Adair cannot accept responsibility for items which fail to reach us. Please note Kythese Adair will not pay for the cost of return postage unless the goods are incorrect, faulty or damaged.

Postage

For your ease and convenience, your postage rates are calculated as you complete your order and move through check out. GST Policy

All prices quoted on www.kytheseadair.com (both wholesale and retail) are inclusive of GST.

Overseas Orders

Australian GST of 10% will be deducted from merchandise shipped to locations outside of Australia. Where goods are in stock we endeavour to dispatch all orders within 24 hours however, please allow the following timelines as guides only for delivery as external factors may cause delays:

• New Zealand – up to 10 working days.
• Asia / Pacific – up to 25 working days.
• Rest of World – up to 30 working days.
  

Your order will be shipped once:

• Payment has been approved.
• The delivery/billing address has been verified.

Please be aware that you may also incur any duties levied by the jurisdiction to which you have specified delivery.

The final price for overseas customers will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your credit card company processes the transaction.
